Job Title: Sales Admin & Project Coordinator    


Description

Our client is a Malaysian owned company specializing in the fields of SCADA & Telemetry, Industrial Automation, Control Systems and Access Control & Time Attendance System. Due to their business expansion, they are seeking for suitably qualified candidates to join them for the position of:

 

 

Sales Admin & Project Coordinator

Based: Shah Alam

5 days week

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating, preparing and follow up on the departmental sales documentations such as quotation, Purchase Requisition.
  • Responsible for handling departmental incoming calls, emails & faxes orders.
  • Responsible for monitoring and assisting departmental daily operations, relating to sales administration & operational functions.
  • To liaise with other internal departments as to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • To monitor and follow up on Maintenances Contracts & Service Job done by the engineers.
  • Monitor and follow up with support team on the repair units works.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Certificate / Diploma qualification in Business studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years working experiences required for this position.
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer)
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, initiative and quick learner
  • Ability to start work immediately would be added advantage.
