Job Title: General Clerk & Receptionist   



Our client is an established company in the car rental industry. They are currently inviting people who are reliable, result-oriented, energetic, friendly, articulate and proactive to join them for the position of:


General Clerk & Receptionist

Based: Glenmarie, Shah Alam

5 days week



  • Will be aiding and assisting in general administration, documentation, printing invoices, report preparations, filling (to maintain proper filling system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner) and other necessary paperwork related to accounts departments.
  • Other administrative and clerical works.
  • Well organized and be able to manage multi tasks.
  • Willing to learn and accept new jobs.



  • Min SPM with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in both verbal & written English & Malay
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Words, Ms. Excel etc.
  • Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
