Job Title: Inventory Control & Customer Service Manager   


An established company in logistics services is currently seeking for individual who is dynamic, motivated team player, with good analytical and interpersonal skills to fill the position of:



Inventory Control & Customer Service Manager (ICCS Manager)

Based: Singapore




  • Lead the Inventory Control to maintain appropriate supply and stock with the right product quality to meet the customers’ requirement.
  • Lead the Customer Service to understand the customers’ needs and ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers and thereby provide ongoing support and be the contact point to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a decent inventory planning cycle from sending orders to the suppliers to products being received and stored in the warehouse and an efficient product supply pattern are in place
  • Response to special request from customers, changes or unexpected disturbance in product supply or contingent situations
  • Oversee the process of order taking and product recovery performed by the Customer Services Team
  • Coordinate with internal resources to offer constructive solutions to satisfy the customers and to support their future growth
  • Disseminate product and promotion information to relevant operational teams
  • Liaise with operational teams to meet customers’ special requests
  • Responsible for the annual departmental budget & KPI performance management
  • Ensure supply chain performance and customer service operation standards
  • Other ad-hoc assignment as assigned



  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Economics or related disciplines
  • Additional qualification in Purchasing or Inventory Control an added advantage  
  • 5 years purchasing, inventory control and customer service experience, of which 3 years in a managerial role
  • Exposure to the fast food chain industry and good connection with the shipping industry desirables (for imported products)
  • Strong leadership, people management skills & strategic thinking
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation & customer oriented skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Customer oriented and result focus
