An established company that dealing with the manufacturing of plastic seals is currently seeking for individual who is dynamic, motivated team player, with good analytical and interpersonal skills to fill the position of:

 

 

Customer Service Executive

Based USJ 1, SJ

RM 1800 – RM 2500

5 ½ Alternate days week

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle of customer's inquiries, requests and/or complaints via phone or e-mail
  • Maintain excellent customer contacts and relationships.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure that customers' requests or concerns are promptly and properly addressed.
  • Responsible for customer tasks.
  • Dedicated, self-motivated, able to meet deadline.
  • Able to work independently as well s in a team and can work under pressure.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing or relevant field.
  • 1 – 2 years of working experience preferable but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply also.
  • Language required: Mandarin, English and Malay.
