Job Title: Project manager (M&E)   



We are an MSC Status company and a Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission license owner, also an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. We provide the service of integrated security surveillance systems and broadband solutions. In Line with our expansion programme and diversification plans, we are inviting dynamic, responsible and self-motivated individuals to join us for the post of:


Project manager (M&E)



  • Determine M&E design deliverables and programme to meet the requirements of the projects.
  • Coordinate and support the design team to effectively deliver design deliverables which have been reviewed for procurement and build-ability.
  • Manage the M&E budget and forecast through development, communication and reporting of the M&E procurement schedule and programme.
  • Identify requirements for project, installation and commissioning personnel required for the delivery team and manage those resources assigned.
  • Implement the processes and procedures for the control of subcontracts, installation, commissioning and take over to meet the minimum requirements of the projects.
  • Monitor effectiveness of process delivery and assist with lessons learned review.
  • Ability to plan, manage and monitor projects and programmers of work, including ability to act on own initiative and meet deadlines. 



  • Possess at least a degree / professional qualification in Mechanical & Engineering, or significant experience in construction, technical or property employment.
  • Experience of managing projects involving works to residential properties with residents in occupation; Experience of taking the lead role on Health & Safety matters within a team environment.
  • Possess knowledge of water and waste water processes, civil construction services and technologies, mechanical and electrical equipment interdependencies, health and safety and environmental legislation.
  • Knowledge and understanding of principles, tools and techniques used for managing change and ability to implement change within the team.
  • High level of communication, control, organizing, motivational and management skills; excellent analytical and organizational skills.
