Description

Our client is an established company and due to their business expansion, they are currently looking for suitable qualified individual to join them for the position of:

 

 

Customer Service Assistant

Based in Shah Alam

RM2,500 – RM2,800

5 days week

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • To resolve customer complaints
  • To take payment information and other pertinent information
  • To work with customer service team leader/ manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • To compile reports on orders and overall customer satisfaction
  • To handle any delivery issue
  • To file documents and other paperwork
  • To communicate and coordinate with internal and external departments.

 

Requirements

 

  • SPM qualification
  • Preferably with related working experience in similar capacity
  • Adaptive to change and new challenge
  • Passionate and with positive mindset
