Description

Our client is an established company and due to their business expansion, they are currently looking for suitable qualified individual to join them for the position of:

 

 

Admin Assistant

Based in SS2, PJ

RM1,800 – RM2,200

5 days week

 


Responsibilities

 

  • To carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, mailing, etc.
  • To answer phone call and respond to inquiries
  • To prepare employer’s and worker’s expenses claims
  • To assist internal colleague in preparation of quotation, porforma invoice, delivery order, payment voucher and etc
  • To participate and assist superior in related exhibition or events
  • To greet and assist walk-in customer in all the inquiries
  • To perform other duties as required by superior

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Computer literate
