Job Title: Sales Admin Coordinator   


Description

Our client is an established company and due to their business expansion, they are currently looking for suitable qualified individual to join them for the position of:

 

 

Sales Admin Coordinator

Based in Shah Alam

RM2,500 – RM3,200

5 days week

 


Responsibilities

 

  • To manage schedules and the distribution of sales documentation
  • To prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with client at a cost best suited for them
  • To efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
  • To work closely with sales team to develop sales strategy accordingly
  • To produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve
  • To responsible for overseeing any supercharges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal staffs

 

Requirements

 

  • Possess Diploma/ Degree in any field
