Our client is an established company and due to their business expansion, they are currently looking for suitable qualified individual to join them for the position of:



Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Based in Klang

RM1,800 – RM2,500

5 days week




  • To maintain smooth operation of front office Management
  • To handle phone calls and perform telephone screening when necessary
  • To receive incoming document and package and distribute internally
  • To maintain and update telephone listing
  • To provide administrative support in documentation, filing, and report
  • To responsible in managing flight and accommodation booking for business travel




  • Minimum SPM/ Diploma Qualification in any field
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work independently
