Job Title: Admin Assistant   


Our client is an established company and due to their business expansion, they are currently looking for suitable qualified individual to join them for the position of:



Admin Assistant

Based in Puchong

RM1,800 – RM2,500

5 days week





  • To attend visitors at reception desk
  • To handle inbound and outbound call accordingly
  • To sort and distribute incoming fax, mail and courier to the respective person
  • To update attendance on daily basis
  • To handle office stationery, stock and ordering
  • To update travel requisition and check staff claim on monthly basis
  • To supervise cleaner’s activity and monitor office upkeep
  • To perform full spectrum of administrative duties as required by management




  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proactive, independent, and fast learner
