Job Title: HR cum Admin Assistant   


Description

Our client is an established company and due to their business expansion, they are currently looking for suitable qualified individual to join them for the position of:

 

 

HR cum Admin Assistant

Based in Klang

RM3,200 – RM4,500

5 days week

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • To perform full spectrum of payroll functions in an efficient and timely manner
  • To ensure the payroll processes comply with the government rules and regulations
  • To ensure timely submission of statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, etc.)
  • To update employee record, leave record, claims record and ensure personnel folder is up-to-date
  • To maintain proper filing system to facilitate traceability of documents at all times
  • To assist in operations of employee benefits and compensation, as well as the performance management
  • To assist in foreign worker permit related matters
  • To carry out full range of admin support
  • To perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum Diploma in any related discipline
  • Preferably with related working experience in similar capacity
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
