Our client is an established company and due to their business expansion, they are currently looking for suitable qualified individual to join them for the position of:

 

 

Customer Service Executive

Based in Subang Jaya

RM2,500 – RM3,500

5 days week

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • To build rapport with customers
  • To coordinate and liaise with internal departments
  • To prepare reports and attending progressive meetings
  • To address critical issues and response to customer accordingly
  • To attend customer complaints
  • To prepare quotations
  • To maintain profitability of account

 

Requirements

 

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • Computer literate
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
