Our client is an established company and due to their business expansion, they are currently looking for suitable qualified individual to join them for the position of: 

 

 

 

Customer Service Executive

RM2,200 - RM3,800

Based in Shah Alam

5 days week

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • To responsible for Sales Order process, On-Time Delivery and Customer Satisfaction
  • To attend customer inquiries and prepare quotation
  • To ensure all export shipping documents and shipping activities are according to rules and regulations
  • To attend customers feedback and defects
  • To involve in department improvement plan and implement to achieve objectives
  • To responsible in maintaining department’s ISO requirements

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in related field
  • Preferably with working experience in similar capacity. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Computer literate
  • Committed, matured with basic leadership skills.
