Description

Our client, an established company dealing with tower cranes is currently seeking for suitably qualified individual to join them for the position of:

 

 

Billing Assistant

Based at Bandar Pinggiran Subang

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • To perform clerical duties
  • To responsible for efficient and timely issuance of billings for maintenance and servicing charges
  • To responsible in checking and processing SRO(s) and DO(s) for billing
  • To resolve any issue on SRO(s) and DO(s)
  • To ensure the invoicing comply with customers purchase order, job scope done and job contract
  • To manage, track and control field work documents inclusive of invoicing, billings and monthly tracking reports.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Computer literate
  • Preferably with working experience in similar capacity. However, fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
