Job Title: Sales Coordinator   


Our client, an established company located at Subang Jaya is currently seeking for individual suitably qualified individual to join them for the position of:



Sales Coordinator

Based in Subang Jaya

5 days week





  • Assist Department Manager, Sales Manager & Sales Executive in processing of orders to meet with customer's requirements.
  • Co-ordinate with other co-ordinators in ensuring proper work flow of the sales operation
  • Responsible in filing, attending to phone call enquiries and other office duties.
  • Assist Managers and Executives to monitor shipment arrivals.
  • To work closely with warehouse to ensure goods are delivered to customers timely.
  • To work closely with Sales Admin department in ensuring that all paper work involved in issuing of goods are timely processed.
  • Assist Managers and Executives to handle and maintain proper sample stocks.
  • Perform other duties as and when required by company.




  • Posses a minimum of SPM / Diploma / A Level certificate
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience
  • Those without experience are also encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of shipping and working in SAP environment will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Committed, hard working with good working attitude
