Description

Our client, a wholly owned subsidiary of a Swedish based company in the heavy machinery / construction equipment is now inviting suitably qualified candidates to join them for the following position:

 

 

Parts Service Admin cum Storekeeper

Based in Johor

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

Parts and Service Admin Supporting

 

  • Taking incoming calls and enquiries to the parts and service department and escalate to appropriate personnel as per departmental processes
  • Handle parts enquiry, quotation, order fulfilment, back order, and coordinate delivery
  • Assist in handling walk in customer enquiry and counter sales.
  • Monitor all order process from enquiry to invoicing and provide feedback to customer
  • Follow up with customers on quotation.
  • New machine registration in LDS. Monitor and contact customer for the service schedule
  • Assist in work order opening for service, troubleshooting and repairing.

 

 

Warehouse Supporting

 

  • Determines proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover
  • Knows the parts and parts systems sold and under inventory at the dealership.
  • Receives and counts stock items, and records down data manually or using the computer.
  • Check goods received against bills of lading, purchase orders or other documents
  • Prepare records of goods shipped and bills of lading
  • Compares and identifies information on outgoing shipments
  • Posts weight and shipping charges and maintain files on shipping records
  • Received, unpacks and issues materials and supplies in a stockroom or warehouse.
  • To monitor check in and check out of tools from the tools room.
  • To perform quarterly audit on the tools as well as to update the tools list for additional tolls add in.
  • To ensure consumable is sufficient and carry out ordering of the consumable when stock depleted

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Possess at least Higher Secondary/ STPM/ A level/ Pre-U/ Diploma
  • Preferably with working experience in related field.
  • Able to read and write simple English
  • Good working attitude and team player
