Description

Our client, an established trading company in the Audio system is currently seeking for suitably qualify candidate who is dynamic, motivated team player, with good analytical and interpersonal skills to fill the position of:

 

Customer Service Support

Based: Jalan Sultan Ismail

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor, handle and process purchase order.
  • Handle enquiries from service centre.
  • Check and process service monthly claim.
  • Assisting walk in customers & answering to customers' enquiry thru telephone.
  • Filing and other administration work.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Possess a diploma qualification in any discipline.
  • 1 – 2 years of related working experience, preferably in the similar capacity.
  • Basic customer relation and telephone skills would be added advantage.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Must be committed, positive attitude and service oriented.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin.
