Job Title: Sales Coordinator, Admin Assistant & Executive   


A fast-growing regional company in South East Asia specializing in packaging equipment and packaging materials,

wish to invite suitably candidates to join their team as: 



Sales Co-ordinator/ Admin. Assistant/ Executive

Salary: RM 2200 – RM 3000

Based in Shah Alam




  • To assist in routine office admin work which include, documentation, filing, correspondence, co-ordinate and follow up administrative.
  • Assist in preparing business related reports
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
  • Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents




  • SPM/Certificate/Diploma with 2 years and above in related sales coordination and/or clerical support experience in a trading or sales & marketing company
  • Proficient in the use of Excel as well as good with Microsoft Word
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Self discipline with good learning attitude
