Our client, an established company dealing with tower cranes is currently seeking for suitably qualified individual to join them for the position of:

 

Administration Executive

Based: Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam

Salary Package: RM 3500 – RM 4000

 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Reporting to MD
  • Liaise with government department eg. MITI / Machinery Dept / Immigrations department on foreign workers and other matters.
  • Basic Office Administration / Human Resources works.
  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration & any related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): shipping and logistics, government regulations, human resource, Contract Management, MS Word.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to start work immediately / within short notice period would be added advantage.
