Description

Our client, a German based company dealing with kitchen and home appliance is currently seeking for individual who is dynamic, result-oriented, with good analytical and interpersonal skills to fill the position of:

 

 

 

 

Operations Assistant / Executive

Salary Package: RM 2500 – RM 3300

Based Glenmarie, Shah Alam

5 days week

 

 

 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Able to handle DO, invoice processing in operations department.
  • To handle Processing, Import Export, Deliveries, Insurances etc.
  • To coordinate the deliveries of stocks to customers
  • Liaise with sales team, transport and delivery.
  • Minimum SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma qualifications preferably in the related field. 
  • 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field preferably in the similar capacity.
  • PC literate with good knowledge in MS. Office Application.
  • Language required: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess good time management and good work attitude.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
