Job Title: Assistant Contract Manager   


An established construction company with primary business is in the innovative hydraulic injection piling system is currently seeking for individual who is dynamic, with good analytical and interpersonal skills to fill the position of:



Assistant Contract Manager

Salary based on qualification and experience.          




  • Familiar with contract law, pre & post contract administration/ documentations         
  • Pre and Post contract management, which includes preparation of tender documents, monitoring
  • construction costs, variation orders, preparing of progress claims and finalization of accounts
  • Review award approval papers, letter of awards, assessment and preparation of payments
  • Liaise with consultants, suppliers and contractors




  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey/ Building Management or equivalent         
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field          
  • Good technical knowledge and well versed in cost and contract         
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written) is required
