Our client, an Asia's leading Beauty and Wellness Services Company established since 2005 and is now expanding and they are presently looking or right fit of dynamic individuals to be a part the glamorous team and grow with them as

 

 

Personal Assistant & Butler to Chairman

Basic Salary: RM10,000 - RM12,000 (Open Discussion) 

Based: India

 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Receive, direct and relay telephone, fax and email messages. Respond to public inquiries
  • Handle confidential correspondence and document flow. Draft & relay business & Inter/Intra Department communication as directed by the Chairman. 
  • Organize, scheduling internal & external meetings including invitations, notifications, RSVPs, regrets & courtesies for invitations declines, Itinerary management / Calendar management etc
  • Ensure travel arrangements including booking tickets, Hotel reservations, Visas, Medical Insurance etc as applicable for international travel, meet & greet services in destination, local transportation requirements and updating of privilege card / air miles is done regularly.
  • Ensure the highest housekeeping standards – including clean and fresh ambience including (lights, aquarium, flowers, floors, toiletries etc) all the times in the Chairman’s office.  
  • Personal Valet assistance to Chairman including shopping, purchase and delivery of items as directed
  • Coordinate and organize Chairman’s wardrobe as required.
  • Personal concierge responsibilities including event planning i.e. maintain updated Chairman’s visitor list, Planning and conducting social meetings, get together and events including invitations, reservations and bookings, confirmations to post event courtesies.
  • Maintain other personal services that are aligned with Chairman’s lifestyle requirements as required.
  • Make travel arrangements, packing Chairman’s travel requirements, travel with or earlier than Chairman complete airline and Hotel check-in formalities / ensure accommodation is ready and personal wardrobe is unpacked and arranged.

 

 

Skills Required:

  • Social skills - Representative, sociable, helpful, honest, communicative
  • Organizational skills - Flexible, punctual, working-hard, persistent, can work independently, MS office suite and internet, organized.
  • Technical Skills - Professional make up, hairstyling, highest degree of personal hygiene
  • Must be willing to based in India and able to travel to Europe countries and SEA
  • Preferably mature female with sense of responsibility, Pleasant nature, and matured, positive attitude with a high degree of confidentiality and be a trusted aide
