Job Title: Assistant CSR / Admin   



Our client is a manufacturing company of the abrasives products with their operation office at Subang Jaya. Due to the rapid expansion of the company, they are currently seeking for suitably qualified candidate with good analytical and interpersonal skill to join them for the position of:


Assistant CSR / Admin

5 day week



  • To provide customer service support to the existing and future client networks as designated.
  • Provide customer service back up support to the current client base either via direct basis or via service support to the sales manager and the external technical sales and service personnel
  • To ensure incoming telephone calls / emails are answered swiftly and politely and redirected to the correct personnel
  • Liaise and coordinate with operation team and logistic team in Singapore
  • Coordinate to ensure the stocks and delivery are arranged in time manner
  • To assist the sales manager and sales teams
  • Perform any duties required by company in relation to the division



  • Minimum a SPM / Certificate qualification is required for this position.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of working experience, preferably in the similar capacity.
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Possess own transport  
  • Ability to start work immediately / within short notice period would be added advantage.
