Job Title: Project / Operations Executive   


Our client, a social enterprise with an international track record in health and development is currently seeking for suitably qualified individual to join them for the position of:


Project / Operations Executive

Based: Kuala Lumpur



* Creates and executes project work plans & identifies resources needed

* Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

* Effectively applies project management methodology and enforces project standards accordingly

* Minimizes exposure and risk on every project.

* Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

* Responsible for the project cost management: basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections, manage project budget.

* Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.

* Experience and understand in pre-plan & plan project development (the implementation of plans and strategies in the project)



* Minimum 2 years in managing, assisting and coordinating end to end Project Management Cycle.

*Experienced and knowledgeable in Project Processes, Project Documentations and Project Requirements.

* Possess good communication skills.

* Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia

* Possess own transport & a valid driving license.

* Willing & able to work outside of Klang Valley or internationally on project assignments.

* Leadership, Teamwork, Client Management.

* Have the required knowledge in Project Management Process (basic documentations such as project charter, progress report, project closure, budgeting, manage resources and vendors

* Knowledge of software tools for project management such as a work breakdown structure; project time management using Gantt charts, project milestones and program evaluation and review technique (PERT)methods; and project cost/budget management using budgeting and accounting methods.

* Resourceful and highly Adaptable - able to manage fast changing priorities
