Job Title: Customer Service Executive   


Description

Our client, a manufacturer and distributor of food ingredients & flavours are currently seeking for suitably qualified individual to fill the position of:

Customer Service / Marketing Support Executive

RM 2,600 – RM 3,500

Based in Shah Alam, Selangor

5 day work week

 

Responsibilities

  • To communicate directly with customers through telephone, email, fax or face to face.
  • To handle customers’ inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
  • To process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • To provide pricing, product information, delivery status and credit status.
  • To communicate and coordinate with other internal department of the company in order to ensure that customer request or orders fulfilled on time.
  • Good analytical mind and attention to details is required for reports generating.
  • To perform any others duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Preferably with 3 years of working experience
  • Positive attitude and good listening abilities
  • Computer literate with analytical skills in Microsoft Office - Excel spreadsheet.
  • Ability to work attentively with minimum supervision
  • Good team player
