We are an established international consultancy company. In line with our expansion, we invite young, energetic and ambitious candidates with good interpersonal and communication skills to join us for the position of:-

 

Corporate Secretary Assistant

Based: Petaling Jaya

5 day week

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist administration and translation
  • Prepare the necessary resolutions, incorporation, AGM & EGM documents
  • Assist in client’s filing process.
  • Preparing the minute of meeting and report.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates with SPM or STPM qualification with at least 1 year experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be English and Mandarin literate.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Applicants must be willing to relocate and work overseas
  • Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • 5 Full-Time positions available.
